These Terms of Service govern your use of weavexa.com and any manufacturing services provided by Weavexa International.

Acceptance of Terms

·By accessing weavexa.com or engaging Weavexa International for manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
·If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Manufacturing Services

·Weavexa provides B2B custom apparel manufacturing on a made-to-order basis. All production is initiated only after written confirmation of specifications, quantities, and pricing.
·Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per product category. Detailed MOQs are shared during the quoting stage.
·Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on material availability, customization complexity, and seasonal capacity.

Quotes & Pricing

·All quotes are valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, currency fluctuations, and quantity adjustments.
·A sampling deposit may be required before prototype development begins. Bulk production deposits are typically 30–50% of the total order value.

Intellectual Property

·All designs, tech-packs, brand logos, and creative assets you provide remain your exclusive intellectual property.
·By submitting design files, you confirm you have the legal right to manufacture the product and indemnify Weavexa against any third-party claims of IP infringement.
·Weavexa retains ownership of its manufacturing processes, patterns, and internal production methods.

Quality & Returns

·Every order passes through 100% optical inspection before shipment. Minor variations in color (within ±5%), size (±3%), and texture are industry-standard and not considered defects.
·Any production defect must be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment with photographic evidence. Verified defects will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
·Custom-manufactured goods cannot be returned for reasons other than verified production defects.

Shipping & Customs

·All shipments are FOB Sialkot unless otherwise agreed. Freight, insurance, and destination customs duties are the buyer's responsibility unless specified in the quote.
·Weavexa is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

·Weavexa's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the specific order in dispute.
·We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost business, or reputational harm.

Governing Law

·These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Sialkot, Punjab.
·Before initiating legal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct negotiation.

Changes to Terms

·We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
·Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
